LEAKY WINDOWS & SLIDERS
This client contacted us because she was getting leaks in multiple locations. She contacted several roofing and general contractors and then found us! This Slider was in dire need of maintenance. Yes, that green color is Mold! Water was getting under the sill and dampening the interior carpet

The water coming in softened up the wall and allowed the anchoring for these Blinds to come loose. Eventually, the blinds would probably wind up breaking or falling off completely
