LEAKY WINDOWS & SLIDERS

This client contacted us because she was getting leaks in multiple locations.  She contacted several roofing and general contractors and then found us!  She decided to give us the opportunity to help her.  We were able to determine the source of her rainy frustrations and put a stop to the invading water!

This Slider was in dire need of maintenance. Yes, that green color is Mold! Water was getting under the sill and dampening the interior carpet

Cracks around windows are very common causes for leaks. Inspect your Windows every year to ensure you have no cracks!

The water coming in softened up the wall and allowed the anchoring for these Blinds to come loose. Eventually, the blinds would probably wind up breaking or falling off completely
