We typically have a $320 daily minimum.  We waive the minimum if you have been clients with us for a while.  Otherwise to get the best value, we recommend that you add up the cost of any services you like so that you either meet or exceed our minimum cost.  For example, you may want to select repairing that annoying door that sticks in addition to hanging a couple fans for $320, instead of paying $320 for just hanging 1 fan.
